My Story
Hi, Iâm Jessica Thompson (but please, call me Jess)âthe founder of The Quiet Desk, business strategist, homeschooling mom, law enforcement wife, and someone who knows what it means to grow a business while protecting the life that matters most.
My path into entrepreneurship didnât follow a straight line. Iâve worked in nonprofits, the legal world, and service-based industriesâand for a while, it all felt disconnected. But when I partnered with my brother-in-law to co-lead what would become the Complete Leadership Academy, those pieces started to click into place.
We built something powerful together, but as the business grew, I felt the need to create a space specifically for women navigating entrepreneurship with intention. That space became the Complete Small Biz Academyâand now, it has evolved into something even more aligned: The Quiet Desk.
This brand was born from my own desire to lead a sustainable business that supports my family, honors my values, and doesnât demand constant hustle to succeed. Iâve lived the overwhelm. Iâve untangled the noise. And now, I help other women do the same.
Through personalized consulting, thoughtful tools, and calm strategy sessions, I help professional women grow their business or career with clarity and balance. Whether youâre building from scratch or streamlining what youâve already started, Iâm here to help you find your next stepâand take it with confidence.
When Iâm not working with clients, I co-own an electrical company (The Electric Way) with my family, co-facilitate Upliftâa local networking group for women entrepreneursâand spend my days nurturing a peaceful home for my family in beautiful Monument, CO.
